This article focuses specifically on the transformative potential of tokenisation and NFTs in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty in the ecommerce sector.

Tokenisation refers to the process of converting assets or rights into a digital token on a blockchain. For ecommerce brands, tokenisation offers a powerful tool to incentivise customer engagement and foster loyalty. Here’s how:

This NFT could then be used to unlock special privileges or be traded within the community.
